Impact of human behavior on Organisatonal Success
Every person has huge collection of memories,plentiful of experiences and ample number of relationships which gives us strengthto choose what is acceptable and what is unacceeptable for a better life. We all apply our learning in our usual life - professional as well as in personal life. We all want everyone's attention , affection and support.
For instance In a office boss will always expect that his or her subordinates respect him & obey his orders while on the other hand a subordinate will always expect from his boss to give good response to him/her and give a better direction to work, In case things work in the same manner as mentioned everything remains smooth but in few cases superiors are of very smothering nature who are always harsh on their subordinates & viceversa which results is a frustrated individual.
Life is all about give & take "whatever we sow same shall we reap", if we want a good professional & personal environment we need to concentrate on our jobs & need to know that where are we lagging to make our things better , if we need attention from our subordinates we have to respect his/her feelings & mentality and viceversa.A companies success depends upon its worker's performance and their dedication.Good performance is a result of good working environment.The one who creates that environment is not a question mark , we the people rather than a worker or a senior member of the team creates the present and the future of the organisation. Competition is everywhere but it depends on us how healthily we take that summon to take part in that contest.
