The company plans to issue 6.5 million shares at the top end of the price band and around 6.8 million shares at the lower end of the range. It also plans to use raised money for purchasing of specialized equipments; expansion and establishment of offices; funding proposed acquisition and additional working capital requirements.
Centrum Capital and Saffron Capital Advisors are book running lead managers of the issue, whereas Link Intime India is the registrar.
